Pacific NorthWest Computers provides the highest quality of repair that you will find in the Pacific Northwest! We take pride in our service and stand behind every repair we complete, and every new system that we build!

Customer service is the core of Pacific Northwest Computers and our goal is to make your computer work it’s best, as well as make you a happy customer! 

The bottom line is this; we will give you old fashioned service and treat you as the valued customer that you are. Your business and referrals, because you had a good experience, are the cornerstone of our business!

New Machines

  • PNW Computers provides a 1 year labor warranty on all custom built PC's. Individual part warranties are between the client and the parts manufacturer.

Repair Work

  • PNW Computers personally guarantee all repair work for 14 days from the date the computer was picked up, or from the date when our work was completed.
  • If a initially reported problem or issue was not corrected during a repair, and the computer exhibits the same symptoms as when the computer was first brought in, I will make every attempt to fix that problem at no extra cost. However If it is an "a typical" problem, where routine procedures do not remedy the issue and additional labor is needed, additional charges may apply (ex: Start with usual repairs and escalate as needed).
  • PNW Computers will be clear about all routes of repair, and their outcomes, at the time of your service and/or repair. What repairs are performed are always the customer's decision, and we are never pushy or upselling.
  • Customers need to contact us ASAP when it is determined that there is still a problem. Over time problems will get worse, and needs to get it taken care of immediately. Even if you can't bring it in right away, please let us know in that 14 day period.

Disclaimer

PNW Computers cannot be responsible for re-infections with viruses or malware, water or power damage, misuse, or any other damage not resulting in the actual repair work done by Pacific NorthWest Computers. Pacific NorthWest Computers will not be responsible for viruses, malware or other computer hardware or software failures that occurred after a repair. I cannot be responsible for other issues arising from misuse; kids shoving mac and cheese in the CD Drive, beating on it with a hammer, water damage, dropping damage, fire, flood, tornado, or other acts of God. 

​Clients are solely responsible for any and all of their computer data and data backups. During service or repair, PNW Computers may complete a data backup or data transfer or data recovery service for our clients. However no responsibility is accepted by Pacific Northwest Computers, or any of its subsidiaries, for any data loss or data damage arising from any backup, transfer or recovery work, and/or any other service(s) that we have completed on a client's system.

Confidentiality

  • Passwords and any other login information to client's accounts, computers, networks, etc will not be revealed to anyone in or outside the company.
  • We do not keep record of a client's login information, unless we are explicitly asked to do so by a client.
  • Any and all computer and account access, will be solely for conducting repair or support services. 
  • If a company or client has a system with sensitive data/information, we can and will sign any needed Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement.
  • No software program(s) owned by the client will be removed or transferred for any reason from their computers, electronics, or any other digital property.
  • Any obtained personal/technical information will not be shown or revealed to anyone.
  • For any reason at all, if a client decided to no longer user our services, all copies of any stored information regarding a client and their computer/technical setup, will be returned to client immediately and removed from our systems permanently.

Data/Privacy:

  • Helping to keep the personal data safe against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration when we are working on your computer(s) (in-shop or on-site) is our top priority.
  • When a system is brought in for service or repair, we use technical, physical and administrative security measures that include:
    • Firewalls; to help prevent outside unauthorized access.
    • Data Encryption; for any information transmitted between a client and Pacific Northwest Computers.
    • Physical access controls; for where computers will be stored and worked on when brought in-shop.
  • While we do our absolute best to keep our systems and services protected, the client is ultimately responsible for keeping any/all of their data safe and secure.​
